These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Treasured Trip mobile application and related website pages (together, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using Treasured Trip, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Treasured Trip helps you plan trips, save destinations and dates, write travel journal entries, add selected photos, organize memories in Gallery Mode, track travel costs, create departure reminders, and export certain records. Some features may be free, while premium features may require an active subscription or lifetime purchase.
You are responsible for the trip details, journal text, photos, expense records, notes, and other content you add to Treasured Trip ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. Treasured Trip stores your travel records primarily on your device and does not provide a guaranteed cloud backup or cross-device sync service.
You are responsible for keeping your device, backups, exported files, and shared content secure. Before deleting the App, changing devices, resetting your device, or clearing app data, make sure you have saved any information you want to keep.
You agree not to misuse the Service. You must not:
Treasured Trip may offer monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, lifetime purchases, promotional pricing, or other in-app purchase options. Available products, prices, trial eligibility, promotions, taxes, and billing terms may vary by country, platform, store account, and time.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account before the end of the current billing period according to the applicable store rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
We do not process payments directly and cannot access your full payment details. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Premium access may depend on successful purchase validation and store availability. If purchase validation fails, you may need to restore purchases or contact support.
Premium features may include higher photo limits for journal entries, Gallery Mode, cost report export, and other enhanced travel organization tools. Feature availability may change as the App evolves. We may add, modify, or remove features when needed for product improvement, platform requirements, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
Treasured Trip relies on operating system features, app store services, and third-party libraries for functions such as photo selection, file storage, calendar reminders, sharing, app review prompts, file opening, and in-app purchases. These services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party store decisions, device settings, backup behavior, network availability, or external services you choose to use with exported or shared content.
The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, icons, logos, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
Treasured Trip is an organization and journaling tool. It does not provide travel booking, emergency assistance, tax, accounting, financial, legal, insurance, safety, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying travel plans, costs, reservations, reminders, budgets, exchange rates, documents, and local requirements.
You may stop using Treasured Trip at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse premium access, create legal risk, or interfere with the Service. Ending your use of the App does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription; you must cancel subscriptions through your app store account.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non- infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that locally stored data, exported files, reminders, or purchase status will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treasured Trip and its owners, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost travel records, lost photos, missed reminders, device issues, purchase interruptions, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Treasured Trip after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
