Welcome to Treasured Trip (referred to as "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
While "Treasured Trip" does not require account creation for general use, certain features and services within the App may require you to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at realmanual@outlook.com.
The App offers various content and services for purchase ("In-App Purchases"), including but not limited to subscriptions. All In-App Purchases are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account and are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription preferences and ensure timely cancellations if you do not wish to continue the subscription.
Refunds and Cancellations: All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your purchase or believe a charge was made in error, please contact Apple or Google support directly, as we do not manage billing or payment processing.
Promotions and Discounts: We may occasionally offer promotional discounts or special pricing for certain in-app purchases. These promotions are only available for a limited time and may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Users who meet the criteria will see promotional banners within the App, and all promotional purchases are also non-refundable.
You agree to use "Treasured Trip" in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Some features of the App may require an in-app purchase to access. Unauthorized attempts to bypass payment or unlock premium features without purchase are prohibited and may result in termination of your access to the App. You must not misuse the App by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, the server on which the App is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the App. We reserve the right to report any such activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and cooperate with them in any resulting investigations.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and other files, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the App or its content, and you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App, except as explicitly authorized by us.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to "Treasured Trip" at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account or subscription, you may simply discontinue using the App or manage your subscriptions as outlined in Section 3. Termination of your access does not relieve you of any obligations that may have accrued prior to termination, including any financial obligations related to In-App Purchases.
Impact on In-App Purchases: If your access to the App is terminated, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid for In-App Purchases, including subscriptions. It is your responsibility to cancel any active subscriptions before terminating your access to avoid future charges.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, "Treasured Trip" and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojans, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
"Treasured Trip" may use third-party services and libraries, including but not limited to Flutter SDK and various open-source libraries hosted on GitHub. These services and libraries are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their performance, availability, or privacy practices. Similarly, all financial transactions related to in-app purchases are handled by third-party app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). These platforms manage your payment details and handle transaction security. You are encouraged to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party services before using them in conjunction with our App.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. If we make significant changes, we will notify you of the changes through the App or by other means, such as email. Your continued use of "Treasured Trip" after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue your use of the App immediately.
